In a supportive atmosphere each of us has had the courage to try something new and the active participation of employees in sports and cultural events is reflected in mental well-being.
Our values include taking care of the well-being of our employees and customers, and through diverse activities and events, we have succeeded in our goals. Every week year-round, employees can participate in a morning run and dip in the lake, once a month our well-being team organizes a sports or cultural activity for employees, and, in addition, we organize events that our customers can also participate in.
The range of activities has been varied and they are always inspired by employees’ wishes. Thanks to the open attitude of our employees we have, for example, played the new racquet sport padel, relaxed in yoga sessions and developed muscle endurance in a body pump class. Appreciation for the environment is reflected in what we do, and we have also enjoyed nature sports like kayaking, hiking and ice fishing. The location of our office is also ideal for cultural activities and we have, for example, participated in a tour to explore the Finlayson area, played pétanque in a nearby park surrounded by historic buildings and enjoyed the public saunas by Lake Näsijärvi.

We also want to share these moments with our customers, and we have, for instance, been to ice hockey games with them and participated in a rowing competition. A customer-centric approach means more to us than successful collaboration during a project; we also want to do leisurely activities together and boost the well-being of everyone.
